to ProperTadverts new website it is still under construction at

ProperTadverts
is designed to allow property owners to advertise their property
for sale or rent without the need for expensive agent fees.
The property market has had a big boom in recent years where most
properties sell themselves, so the need for an estate agent was
not necessary apart from providing a portal for potential buyers
to see what was available.
I
know from my own experiences trying to buy a property is time
consuming and costly enough so the added cost of the estate agent
only worsens your financial situation and that money could be
better spent on renovations, removal fee's etc...
Most
people already have a mortgage set up with the company that has
offered you the best deal prior to selling or buying as it seems
impractical to window shop for houses if you do not have the funds
to secure a purchase. As you may already know estate agents now
offer financial services based on a commission and invariably
want you to see their mortgage advisor, who will try and sell
you a mortgage and other associated products from the financial
sector that may not be for your particular best interest. If you
do not see their in house advisor it is very difficult to get
to see any properties.
If
you have decided to sell or rent your property then you will have
probably contacted some solicitors to obtain quotes for preparing
contracts so there is very little else that is needed apart from
advertising your property and arranging viewing times that are
convenient for both parties.
After
the viewing it is then up to the buyer to make the seller an offer
which can be done through a medium of your choice, be it e-mail,
fax, telephone or in person. This will then be followed up by
a formal letter stating the agreed offer price, then it is up
to the solicitors to arrange the exchange of contracts and set
a completion date (what could be simpler).
We
only charge to advertise your property the description is up to
you and the price is also up to you it may well be worth having
a survey carried prior to selling your house so that the potential
buyer can see that it mortgagable.
We
ask that now we are in the digital age that you provide us with
up to 4 photos to aid the advertising of your property.
